मथुरा: कोर्ट ने स्वीकार की श्रीकृष्ण विराजमान की अपील, 18 नवंबर को अगली सुनवाई

अशाेक यादव, लखनऊ। अयोध्या में रामजन्मभूमि में मंदिर निर्माण की तैयारियों के बीच मथुरा में भी सरगर्मियां तेज हो गयी हैं। यहां पर कृष्ण जन्मभूमि पर मालिकाना हक के लिए श्रीकृष्ण विराजमान की ओर से जिला जज की अदालत में शुक्रवार को अपील की गई थी। न्यायालय में अपील को स्वीकार किया गया। इस मामले में अगली सुनवाई 18 नवंबर 2020 को होगी।

पिछले दिनों सिविल जज सीनियर डिवीजन की अदालत में श्री कृष्ण जन्मस्थान सेवा संघ और शाही मस्जिद ईदगाह कमेटी के बीच 1968 में हुए समझौते को रद्द कर मस्जिद को हटाने तथा सारी जमीन श्री कृष्ण जन्मभूमि ट्रस्ट को सौंपने की मांग की गई थी। 30 सितंबर को सुनवाई के बाद सिविल जज सीनियर डिवीजन की अदालत ने ये कहकर दावा खारिज कर दिया था कि भक्तों को दावा दायर करने का अधिकार नहीं है।

याचिकाकर्ताओं का कहना है कि हमारी अपील को स्वीकार कर लिया गया है। जिला जज ने जितने भी विपक्षी थे, उन्हें नोटिस जारी किया है। मजिस्द पक्ष को जवाब देना है। इससे पहले मथुरा में श्रीकृष्ण जन्मस्थान की 13.37 एकड़ जमीन के स्वामित्व और शाही ईदगाह मस्जिद को हटाने की मांग को लेकर अधिवक्ता रंजना अग्निहोत्री सहित छह अन्य की ओर से सिविल जज सीनियर डिवीजन की कोर्ट में याचिका दाखिल की गई थी।

याचिका में जमीन को लेकर 1968 में हुए समझौते को गलत बताया गया था। इस पर सुनवाई करते हुए कोर्ट ने 30 सितंबर को याचिका को खारिज कर दिया था। मामले को लेकर मथुरा की सिविल जज कोर्ट में याचिका दाखिल की गई थी, लेकिन वहां से याचिका खारिज कर दी गई थी। जिसके बाद हिंदू पक्ष ने जिला जज की कोर्ट में अपील दाखिल की।
